½ cup milk (use casein-free vanilla soy milk or coconut milk for a
dairy-free diet)
1 cup canned, juice-packed sliced peaches, drained
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla
Q Pour the milk into an ice cube tray. If you don’t have an ice
cube tray, pour the milk into a shallow pan. Freeze for 1½
hours or until solid.
W Put the peaches, sugar, and vanilla into a blender. Add the
frozen cubes of milk. If the milk was frozen in a shallow pan,
use a spoon or fork to break it up into smaller chunks before
adding it to the blender.
E Blend on high until smooth. Pour into three glasses.
