Peanut Butter Smoothie
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup grated dark chocolate
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup milk (use casein-free vanilla soy milk or coconut milk for a
dairy-free diet)
8 ice cubes
Q Put the peanut butter, chocolate, honey, milk, and ice in a
blender.
W Blend on high until smooth. Pour into three glasses.
Makes 3 (1-cup) servings
