½ cup cranberry juice
1 cup milk (use casein-free vanilla soy milk or sweetened almond
milk for dairy-free diets)
3 tablespoons sugar
Q In a medium bowl, stir together the juice, milk, and sugar.
W Spoon the mixture into four Popsicle molds, or use 5-ounce
paper cups.
E Freeze the molds for 4 hours or until frozen solid. If you’re
using paper cups, insert a fl at, wooden stick in the center of
the mold when the mixture is partially frozen, then freeze
until solid.
