½ cup milk (use casein-free vanilla soy milk or coconut milk for a
dairy-free diet)
2 tablespoons grated dark chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ medium banana, sliced
Q Put the milk, chocolate, vanilla, and banana in a blender.
W Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a glass.
