Apple Smoothie
1 apple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
1 small banana
⅓ cup milk (use casein-free vanilla soy or rice milk for a dairy-free
diet)
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
3 ice cubes
Q Put the apple, banana, milk, cinnamon, and ice cubes into a
blender.
W Blend on high until smooth, then pour into a glass.
Makes 1 (1-cup) serving
